Margarite Fox, President/Agent
Margarite Established Fox Benefits Insurance Agency in 2012.
Margarite was previously associated with Cassani & Associates specializing in Key Man/Buy Sell Insurance, Retirement Plans/Tax Savings Plans, and Estate Planning. Margarite's interest in the medical field began while working in administration for the Comprehensive Cancer Center/Salick Health Care at Cedars Sinai. Margarite ventured into Radio as the Managing Director of the International Sales & Marketing Department for Westwood One Radio. She has made presentations at St. Mary with the Senior Center and the Planned Giving Program.
Margarite is a member of the National, California, and Los Angeles Associations of Health Underwriters. Margarite is a President Circle Member of the St. Mary's Women's Circle of Philanthropy and is involved in various other charities.
Certifications: HI-TECH HIPAA, Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act, Truth & Consequences Single-Payer, Covered California Insurance Agent, AHIP, and Medicare + Fraud, Waste, and Abuse.
Marley Balin Frederick, Lead Administrative Assistant
Marley joined Fox Benefits in 2022. Marley is the Lead Administrative Assistant at the firm, specializing in group insurance plans, and administrative support. With Professional HIPAA and ethics training, Marley is a proven asset to the firm.
Marley has a bachelor's degree from California State University, Long Beach in Speech-Language Pathology, and is returning to pursue a master's degree. Marley is enthusiastic, passionate, and always willing to help anyone in need. She truly falls into Fox Benefit’s philosophy of “Education Sells Itself”.
Areas of Focus: Group Insurance plans.
Rebecca Calderon, Accounts Assistant
Rebecca began working with Fox Benefits in 2022. Rebecca is the Accounts Assistant at the firm, specializing in Medicare, Covered CA, and Individual and Family Plans. With Covered California and ethics training, Rebecca adds essential knowledge to our team.
Rebecca is currently attending California State University, Long Beach for an undergraduate degree in Sociology. Rebecca is hardworking, friendly, and trustworthy. She has proven to be a valuable team member at Fox Benefits.

Gabriel Estrella Ibarra, Client Support
Gabriel began working with Fox Benefits in 2019 supporting the agency with claims administration and grievances. After starting with FBIA, Gabriel demonstrated determination to gain as much knowledge and experience in the Health Insurance Industry, as well as provide guidance to the Latinx Community toward obtaining affordable health benefits. He has witnessed how first and second Latinx generations experience trust issues when working with non-Spanish speaking advisors. He has made it one of his personal missions to forge trusting relationships with the community and provide excellent customer service.
Gabriel is a graduate of Cal state University of Long Beach with an undergraduate degree in Mathematics: Concentration in Applied Mathematics.
